The Delivery and Runtime layer provides the environment where applications are built, tested, and executed. It connects outputs from the Studio, Editors, and Development Services into a continuous workflow from concept to running software. The goal is to remove local setup friction, keep execution predictable, and provide fast feedback during iteration.
