# Modules

Modules are the fundamental building blocks of any generated product on QuantumByte. Each module encapsulates a specific functional capability, such as authentication, payment, data management, or AI interaction, that can be plugged into a product during generation. These modules allow the AI to assemble complex applications quickly from pre-tested, interoperable components rather than writing code from scratch.

By maintaining these reusable components in a centralized registry, QuantumByte enables faster iteration, cleaner architecture, and consistent quality across all generated applications. Core examples include the **Authentication Module** for managing user login, registration, and access control; the **Form & Data Module** for handling form creation, submission, and backend storage; the **Payment Module** for processing gateway integrations and transactions; and the **Gated Content Module** for restricting content access according to user roles or subscription tiers.
