Form

The Form Widget is a widget used to create forms within the application, featuring various data types and input elements such as text, numbers, images, and more.

Ensure you have already created a new service and are on the frontend builder page, as shown in the image below:

1. Drag and drop the “Form” widget.

2. Select and click the “Configuration” button on the form widget.

3. A screen will appear as shown in the image below:

   

   
4. Select and click “Add Form”.

5. The display will then change as shown in the image below:

1. To add a field column, select and click “Add Field.”

2. A new field will appear.

3. Click the newly added field.

1. In the Label column, enter the name of the field you want to create.

2. Next, select and click the “Setup Component” button and a form setup section will appear, allowing you to configure the form field.

1. Select and adjust the form type to be used (Standard Form, Time, Media, Camera, Location, Dynamic, Built-in, or External/Internal Data).
