Roadmap

The Roadmap provides a visual timeline of the steps needed to transform an idea into a working product. Once the Canvas is generated, the Roadmap automatically organizes actions in stages, allowing users to see how each task connects to broader objectives. Each milestone represents a meaningful phase of development, such as core platform setup, system integration, and contains a series of tasks labeled either as AI Tasks (handled automatically by the system) or User Tasks (requiring user input or Human Developer).

Every task requires an explicit action to move forward. For AI Tasks, users can initiate generation from the Roadmap; the system then executes the step and returns the result. For User Tasks, users can provide the required input or hand the item to a Human Developer when specialist work is needed. This keeps ownership clear and ensures that progress reflects deliberate decisions.

The Roadmap provides clear visibility into project status by displaying progress bars, completion percentages, and real-time indicators such as In Progress, Blocked, or Backlog. This allows users to track advancement at both the milestone and task level. Dependencies and exit criteria are clearly defined, helping users understand what must be completed before moving to the next phase. The Roadmap helps users maintain focus and accountability.
